The beautiful outdoor pool was a fantastic place to relax.
The gym was quite small with limited equipment available.

The room was cozy with a nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Regina at the front desk really made my stay nice by sorting out my reservation issue like a pro.

I loved the little balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, and the staff were super helpful when I had questions about my room. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, and the sunny terrace was perfect for lounging. The only downside was the breakfast could have had more variety, but it was still a nice start to the day! ☀️

Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. The room we had was cozy, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area, which added a nice touch to our stay. The location was convenient for exploring Richmond, with some great dining options not far away. However, there were some noisy kids in the hallway that disrupted our sleep a bit, and my husband had an unfortunate surprise during his shower when the hot water abruptly stopped.

Good Value Stay with Convenient Location
I enjoyed a comfortable night in a clean King room. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The nearby Starbucks was a nice perk. Just a heads up, the elevator is a bit far from the entrance, so prepare for a short walk with your luggage.

Had a great time with my friends exploring the area! We visited the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and the Children’s Museum, which were fantastic. The hotel had friendly staff, and the ambiance was pleasant. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were limited, mainly snacks, but the Starbucks coffee was a nice touch.
I found the first room we stayed in to be pretty noisy. The walls were thin, and we could hear conversations from the neighboring room, which made it tough to relax.

Richmond's culinary scene is on fire! We hit up Pho So 1 and Vietnam, both just a hop away. Plus, the staff was warm and friendly, creating a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home.
Had some ruckus with kids kicking a soccer ball outside our door, and a surprise cold shower for my husband was a buzzkill.
